Why RemTech?

The name RemTech in itself, which comes from the combination of Remediation and Technologies, shows the nature of this new exhibition.  Succeeding in creating an area entirely dedicated to the themes of designing and implementing remediation operations is the aim of this new initiative.

The issues tackled by the exhibition, which are largely shared both by public opinion and social and institutional sensitivity, have not yet been given an opportunity for exhibition in their own right. RemTech offers operators in the reclamation and landfill site industry an exhibition and exclusive meeting opportunity.

The exhibition will focus on both consolidated and innovative reclamation technologies such as, for example, biological treatment, together with more appealing patents.
The producers and distributors of treatment instruments in specific environmental cases, the companies that offer services in the field of characterisation, in the design and creation of reclamation operations, as well as those who operate in the research and development of solutions connected with environmental recovery, will find an appropriate opportunity for their visibility needs at RemTech.
RemTech is aimed at all those who operate on contaminated sites of all dimensions, from sites of national interest to polluted industrial areas, right up to much smaller sites, all with the common aim of responding to the environmental issues of both Public Institutions and also private entities.

In addition to the exhibition part, RemTech will also have a highly exhaustive and authoritative conference program, which will fully complete the event for visitors. Over all three days of the event, the conference program will be arranged on the various themes in the field, with the coordination of the event’s Scientific Committee.

RemTech will give priority to the issues of landfill sites, in terms of feasibility studies, technical management of the systems, design of new allocation solutions, on-the-spot checks and post-operative monitoring and the reclamation of asbestos.

The economic and financial content will also be looked at alongside the technical aspects, with a particular focus on themes such as Brownfields and Real Estate, seen as a basis for the aim that our industry has set for itself:  the requalification of territory.
